Report within 24 hours, or the inspection is free
Delivered within one day of the walkthrough. If we miss that window for any reason inside our control, you do not pay for the inspection.
The price we quote is the price you pay
Flat fee confirmed in writing before we schedule. No trip charges, no square-footage surprises, no charge for follow-up calls.
We will never sell you a repair
Not directly, not through a partner, not for a referral fee. California Business & Professions Code section 7197 prohibits it, and we go further by declining referral arrangements entirely.
Reachable through your contingency period
Unlimited follow-up calls for you, your agent and your contractor. If we cannot answer a question about our own report, that is our problem to fix.
Fully insured on every job
Errors & omissions and general liability coverage maintained continuously. California requires neither. Certificates available on request.
We say what we could not inspect
Anything inaccessible on the day is named explicitly in the report, with the reason. Silent omissions are how people get hurt.
